Wesley Enterprises LLC guarantees all our products with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and a 1 year warranty and we carry manufacturers warranty on all other products. If an item hasn’t met your expectations please call us at 888-337-7787. Wesley Enterprises retains the right to charge a 15% restocking fee in some cases. Shipping charges are customers responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made to 490 Mary Jo Rd., Silex, MO 63377. Please call our Service Center 888-337-7787 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online.
Returning by mail
- Within the US: Returned items must be sent via prepaid Regular USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Ensuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the US Service. Please Note: We cannot accept CODs.
- Outside the US: Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Goods returning” on the outside of the package.
If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage. Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.
